About Me
Biography
Hi, my name is Min Young Hwang (but please call me Min) and I'm a PhD student at Carnegie Mellon University in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. My thesis work is on building an adaptive fault diagnosis framework for Temperature and Humidity Control Systems (THCS) in both terrestrial and space habitats. This research effort is funded by NASA 🚀.
I previously attended Carnegie Mellon University for a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Civil and Environmental Engineering and Columbia University for a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a minor in Computer Science.
I've participated in an archaeological dig in Italy, helped design a building in Singapore, gotten a tattoo in Istanbul, hopped over the equator in Ecuador, and climbed a volcano in Indonesia.
